Every flatlet has a video-entry phone, cooking area (with refrigerator and freezer), large private bathroom, autonomous heating/air-conditioning and satellite TV.

They are all elegantly furnished and there are two different typologies (TYPE A - TYPE B) according to size, view and refined upgrades.
